People go the movie theatre to feel. Whether that be to laugh or cry, or to be scared silly. It's all about giving an audience an emotional experience.

 

At MacSpear Film we like to make movies about real people in real situations. Yes. even if characters are being chased by a monster. We want to give our audience a good story well told with characters they can relate to. And audiences seem to like what we do. From our first film, a thriller CAT MAN which played at the Yorkton Film Festival to CHRISTMAS IS BELIEVING which was named Best Foreign Family Film at the London International Short Film Festival, and The Ballerina which won Best Social Justice film at the Dallas Shorts.

Overall, our films that have been official selections, and won many awards, at international film festivals, from Los Angeles to Chicago to Toronto to London to Berlin to Sweden to Madrid.
